Since the early 90’s, Al Zaytoun have been pioneers in the artisanal production of traditional Samoon bread in the Iraqi market. With the market growth, thus the growth of its needs and requirements, Al Zaytoun had duties toward their clientele; which is answering their demands. Therefore, and by the year 2003, we started expanding to new locations, introducing new technologies to Samoon production, and collaborating with international brands and distributors. That was the time we took a leap of faith, and conquered a new market; Sweets & chocolate production.With a lot of dedication, determination, and hard work, we managed to infiltrate this field with our heads held up high. Our expertise in Samoon production sure was the pillar of our continuous success.Our purpose was never about the monetary profit. It was always about maintaining our values, serving our loyal customers high end product, with distinguished taste, and refined confection which cannot be found elsewhere. We now identify as leaders in the Iraqi sweets market, and we pledge to always stand up to our name.
